COMPUTER CAD CAM DESIGN SYSTEM
Premier’s CAD CAM system allows us to custom-design packaging, and provide no-charge production-quality samples. Premier’s exclusive use of laser dies also adds to our ability to assure quality product.
DIE-CUTTING
Premier’s die-cutting equipment allows us to cut, score, strip-out waste, emboss and deboss paperboard and corrugated.
FOLDING & GLUING
Premier’s state-of-the-art folding equipment is capable of intricate folding and gluing patterns that allow for expansions, multiple compartment packaging as well as standard folding cartons, envelopes and presentation folder products. Our cold and hot glue capabilities allow for very creative folds on a variety of substrates.
WINDOWING
Our equipment is capable of applying clear presentation film or paper patches for additional compartments in packaging.
PRINTING
Our equipment allows for imprinting of addresses, sequential numbering, barcodes or stagnant information on packaging. In most cases this function can be performed during the folding process.
CONTRACT PACKAGING
Our equipment allows for inserting or mounting of various products. Some examples of past projects we have been asked to insert/mount on our equipment include CD’s, DVD’s, gift and credit cards, seed packs, coupon books and more. In most cases, this function can be performed in-line during the folding and gluing process providing significant savings to our customers.
OTHER EOUIPMENT
Premier's auxiliary equipment is capable of:
- Applying film laminate to paper stock
- Inserting up to four items into packages
- Bagging or shrink-wrapping packages
- Applying 2-way tape or tear-strip for mounting or mailing applications
